Former President and CEO of Integrated Mobile Joins “Mobile Answers” Search Engine Team 

Jan. 14  INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ChaCha ( www.chacha.com ), announces the addition of Jay Highley as the company’s new Chief Business Development Officer. He was one of the first executives hired to launch Sprint PCS. 

Highley will be responsible for end user acquisition through domestic and international partnerships for ChaCha’s “mobile answers” platform.
