Jan. 18  KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.-- InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC) today announced that Lawrence F. Shay has been appointed President of its patent holding subsidiaries. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Shay served as InterDigital’s Chief Legal Officer. 

Mr. Shay will be responsible for overseeing all activities pertaining to InterDigital’s patent licensing business.
